Submission requirements for "Like Grandma Did" magazine:
Like Grandma Did is looking for submissions for future publications for the following topics:
1. At the table:
Stories from your kitchen table in 500 words or less. This section includes a special tradition your family had as you gathered around the table, a prayer that was important, a favourite discussion, or a special memory from your gatherings.
2. Marriage:
Stories of redemption and healing from your own marriage in 500 words or less.
3. Recipes:
A favourite "farm fresh" recipe. Must be made from scratch without the use of pre-packaged food. (Your recipe can include beauty products and home cleaning products.)
4. Simply Like Grandma:
Stories about how you have learned to live a simplified lifestyle. This can include a way your grandmother would have lived and taught you how to see life differently from her simplistic lifestyle, or it could be something you have done on your own. Submissions must be 500 words or less.
5. Future Christmas issue:
If you have any memories, traditions, ornament making craft ideas, tree decor, recipes, or ways to keep Christ in Christmas please submit with the topic "Christmas" as your subject line in your email.

~ a photo of your grandmother/mother if your writing pertains to her.

~ your website if you have one (not a requirement)
